i’m cheating a little and resurrecting an old photo. i’m in a state of disbelief – i can’t believe a year has gone by so quickly. on the other hand, it certainly has been a looooonng year and a grueling process since i had hip surgery. i never came up with a good story for why i voluntarily went through such a horrible thing (it really wasn’t fun – ask JC), but today the doctor gave me the 1 year all good! so the crutches are old, but now have moved into things we kept status. this makes them new to the “do i really need to keep” category. hopefully i won’t need them again, but i have a feeling they are going to stick around for a little bit longer in case!

I had no idea! Sorry you went through that, but glad that you are doing so well now. What about donating them to someone who needs them and trusting that you will never need them again?
